Terms and Conditions

cash-Cash-CASH is a marketing referral club. The more people you refer to cash-Cash-CASH, the more you will earn in commissions each month. Membership is $5.00 per month, and you may cancel your membership at any time. You are under no obligation to continue your membership in cash-Cash-CASH.com.

Signup Process

When you first sign up, your account is created but not yet verified or activated. You will receive an email with a verification link within a few minutes of creating your account. If you do not click on the verification link within 5 days, your account is deleted and you will not receive any more emails from us. Once you click on the verification link in the email, your account is verified, but not yet activated. You must activate your account within 7 days by signing into your account on our secure server and entering your credit card information. Your first month's dues will be deducted and your account activated. At that point, you can start to refer new members to cash-Cash-CASH and start collecting your commissions.

If you do not activate your account within 7 days of verification, your account is deleted and your membership terminated. Again, you will no longer receive emails from us and you will owe nothing.

Dues

Dues of $5.00 are automatically deducted from your credit card each month in advance until you cancel your membership simply by clicking on the Cancel Account link in your member area. Any dues already paid will not be refunded, but you will continue to earn commissions until the end of your billing cycle.

Commissions

For each member you refer to cash-Cash-CASH.com you will receive a $1.00 commission EACH time they make their monthly dues payment. In addition, you will earn a $1.00 commission each time a member they have referred makes their dues payment, and so on, for 4 levels. This is your downline, which you will be able to see by logging into your account in the member area.

Withdrawals

Any commissions paid to you will accumulate in your account where you may withdraw them at anytime by electronic transfer to a PayPal account or by requesting a check to be mailed to you. The minimum amount you may withdraw is $10.00, unless you cancel your account, in which case you may withdraw the remaining balance. There will be a $2.00 fee if you withdraw by check. Withdrawals to a PayPal account do not incur a fee.

Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Cancel Account link in your member area. Once you cancel your account, you will continue to earn commissions through the last day of your billing cycle. At that point, your downline will be assigned to the person who referred you to cash-Cash-CASH.com and you will no longer earn commissions. Any money remaining in your account must be withdrawn within 30 days of the last day of your billing cycle. If you do not withdraw the money, a check will be mailed to the name and address we have on file for your account, minus the $2.00 check fee. If your balance is $2.00 or less and you do transfer it to a PayPal account, you will forfeit the balance.

Automatic Cancellation

You must keep your credit card information up to date to avoid automatic cancellation. Our system will attempt be bill your credit card each month on your billing date for the next monthly billing cycle. If we are unable to bill your credit card, you will receive an email requesting that you update your credit card information, and your account put on hold. You WILL NOT earn commissions while your account is on hold, and our system will attempt to bill your card again in 3 days, then once more 7 days later. If your account is still on hold after that, it will be automatically cancelled and you will have 30 days to withdraw your account balance or we will mail a check for the remaining balance.

Please note: Once your account is automatically cancelled, you will loose your downline for good. It will be assigned to the person who referred you to cash-Cash-CASH.com and you will not be able to recover it. Please do no let your credit card information expire.
